On 5 Dec 06 a fourteen year old Blue Knob Road resident reported he was assaulted by two other students in the restroom of Warren Elementary School that morning. The juvenile stated he attempted to avert an altercation but was punched in the stomach, put in a headlock and kicked in the ribs when he fell to the floor. This case remains under investigation (586).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Juan Jabar Richards, age 25, Oxford, OH, for receiving stolen property, a felony. Richards was arrested on Muskingum Drive in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Dec 06 at 5:10 am.

Alisha Dawn Small, age 26, State Route 339, Watertown, for theft, a misdemeanor. Small was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Dec 06 at 8:20 am.

Tracy Lynn Lamb, age 39, 1236 Main Street, Stockport, for driving under an FRA suspended license, for not using headlights, falsification and for resisting arrest, all misdemeanors. Lamb was arrested on State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Dec 06 at 8:30 am.

Jennifer Nicole Huddleston, age 27, 632 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Huddleston was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Dec 06 at 9:00 am.

Jeremiah Allen Jeffers, age 23, 670 Lang Farm Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Jeffers was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Farrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Dec 06 at 2:00 pm.
