On 4 Dec 06 a thirty-two year old Cutler resident reported on Friday her fifteen year old son attempted to disembark the school bus at the wrong stop with a note he forged with her signature. The juvenile then refused to exit the bus when returned to his stop and had to be coaxed off the bus by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Rodney D. Barnes, age 36, 3320 Suncrest Drive, Portal, GA, for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 22 Nov 06.

Sheldon D. Hill, age 23, 11827 State Route 555, Cutler, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 21 Nov 06.

Evelyn K. Price, age 27, 47430 State Route 7, New Matamoras, for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 22 Nov 06.

Phillip D. West Jr., age 19, 606 Washington Square, Marietta, for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 22 Nov 06.

Steven D. Potts, age 38, 6619 Kellum Drive, Indianapolis, IN, for violating the terms of a protection order on 20 Nov 06.
