On 3 Dec 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Joshua M. Porter, age 26, 815 Washington Street,
Marietta, for traveling 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Mankins
stopped Mr. Porter near milepost thirteen on State Route 550
in Barlow Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Howard Dwight Starlin, age 33, 3065 Lowell Hill Road, Lowell,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Starlin
was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 3 Dec 06 at 2:52 am.
Jamie Christopher Waters, age 34, 14002 State Route 339, Watertown,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Waters was arrested at his residence
by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 06 at
2:55 am.
Rhonda Deann Clark, age 30, 1685 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Clark
was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 06 at 8:08 am.
Andrew Nathan Green, age 27, 19 Waverly Acres, Waverly, WV,
for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Green was
arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hickey of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 06 at 8:38 am.
Jessica Lynn Stevens, age 25, 804 Elm Street, Belpre, for
two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Stevens was arrested
in Reno by Sgt. Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec
06 at 5:03 pm.
Robert Eugene Graham, age 47, 1815 Spring Street, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Graham was arrested at Go Mart in Marietta
by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 06 at
8:54 pm.
