On 30 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued
a citation to a seventeen year old Elizabeth, PA resident for
traveling 82 mph in a 60 mph zone. Deputy Smeeks stopped the
juvenile near Township Road 97 on US 50 in Belpre Township.
On 30 Nov 06 Delma Farmer, age 37, 250 East
Hanning Road, Lowell, reported her boyfriend struck her in
the right side of her head with butt of a shotgun. Ms. Farmer
refused to write a statement and repeatedly declined to pursue
charges (1299).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
David Holly Harper, age 38, 199 Central City Drive, Parkersburg,
for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Harper was arrested
on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 06 at 12:58 am.
Deryl Edward Wilson Jr., age 37, 300 Alderman Road Lot 9,
for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Wilson
was arrested on Harmar Hill by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 30 Nov 06 at 4:17 am.
James Joseph Tilton, age 47, 177 Grandview
Hill Road, New Matamoras, for domestic violence, a felony.
Tilton was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Morris
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 06
at 11:20 am.
Sue Ellen Bellville, age 50, 290 Ridgewood Court Apt. D, Marietta,
for theft, a felony. Bellville was arrested at her residence
by Detective Tilton of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30
Nov 06 at 2:40 pm.
Frederic Allen Bohl, age 43, 132 Nicholson Road, Lincoln,
NC, for nonsupport of dependants, a felony. Bohl was picked
up in Lincoln County, NC by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 06 at 7:55 pm.
Maria Ann Smith, age 27, 126 George Street, Sistersville,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Smith was picked up near the Morgan County
line by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 30 Nov 06 at 9:00 pm.
