On 28 Nov 06 Christine Baker, age 25, 280 Indian Run Road, Marietta, reported she was leaving a friend’s home walking down steps behind Melissa D. Warrener, age 26, 290 Ridgewood Court Apt. D, Marietta, when Ms. Warrener pulled her down the steps. Thrown to the ground, Ms. Baker said Ms. Warrener began punching and kicking her in retaliation for her being a witness in a pending criminal case. Therefore, Deputy Sheriff Norman requested a warrant for Ms. Warrener for intimidation of a witness

On 28 Nov 06 Meredith L. Harra, age 27, 5796 Anderson Road, Watertown, reported subsequent to leaving her desk at Influent to make a vending machine purchase, her Ohio driver’s license was stolen from her purse. This case remains under investigation (515).

On 28 Nov 06 an employee of Ken Miller Supply, 26270 State Route 7, Marietta, reported overnight the windows of two pipe shops were broken and that various tools and equipment valued at over $3,000 were stolen. This case remains under investigation (500).

On 28 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Ross A. Paden, age 25, 821 Buck Run Road, Sistersville, WV, for pulling a trailer without a license plate. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Paden on State Route 7 near Dana’s Run Road in Newport Township.

On 28 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Carla N. Loy, age 42, 42391 Krieg Road, New Martinsville, for traveling 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Loy near milepost forty-four on State Route 7 in Independence Township.

Tomeka McNary, age 34, 1505 Beaver Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $127.40.

Chad Greenleaf, age 35, 1505 Beaver Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $162.65.

Shawn N. Bonar, age 30, 134 Whipkey Drive, Waterford, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to complete twenty-four hours of community service.

Clayton L. Books, age 27, 711 Ninth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to complete twenty-four hours of community service, for failing to pay $207.80 in restitution and for failing to appear to serve eight days in jail.

Joshua E. Burkhart, age 18, 655 Goose Run Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear in Drug Court.

Anthony T. County, age 20, 515 Goose Run Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Shawn N. Faddis, age 24, PO Box 152, Amesville, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license and showing proof of insurance and for failing to serve three days in jail.

Daniel R. Hess, age 40, 2311 Moon Ridge Road, Vincent, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve ten days in jail.

Christina M. Hower, age 22, 15870 State Route 550, Fleming, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Ralph F. Kemper Jr., age 36, 4550 State Route 555, Little Hocking, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for a scheduled appointment.

Rusty A. Knowlton, age 33, 411 Florence Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve ten days in jail.

Alexis M. Moore, age 20, 707 ½ Sixth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Joel A. Snyder, age 21, 1206 Drag Strip Road, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Shane D. Thomas, age 19, 237 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Steven M. Boise, age 21, Route 4 Box 131A, Mineral Wells, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $348.40.

Aaron W. Cain, age 25, 211 Fifth Street Apt. 4, Beverly, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $208.00.

Betty J. Dunn, age 57, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 2E, New Matamoras, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $500.50.

Jeffrey S. Hutson, age 36, Route 2 Box 286E, Elizabeth, WV, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $393.90.

Joshua B. Mayle, age 20, 564 Cliffwood Avenue, Zanesville, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $830.70.

Eric S. Owens, age 26, 150 Camelot Road Lot 36, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $248.30.

Ralph L. Staffey, age 31, 728 S. Ninth Street, Cambridge, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $180.70.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Antonio Arzaga Jr., age 29, 3710 Briggs Road Apt. 7, Columbus, for OVI, driving outside the marked lanes of travel, operating without a license and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Arzaga was arrested near milepost one on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 06 at 12:40 am.

Shane Dwaine Thomas, age 19, 237 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Thomas was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 06 at 1:15 am.

Christine Gayle Baker, age 25, 280 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Baker was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 06 at 2:10 am.

James Lincoln Theiss II, age 35, 27400 State Route 7, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Theiss was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 06 at 3:30 am.

Willie Mae Cook, age 22, 1614 Tifton Court, Richmond, VA, for speeding and for driving under a suspended license, both misdemeanors. Cook was arrested near milepost three on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 06 at 3:40 am.

Wesley Ian Miller, age 19, 1115 Coal Run Road, Marietta, for burglary, a felony. Miller was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 06 at 1:31 pm.

Shun Wendell Franklin, age 38, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Franklin was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 06 at 4:15 pm.
