On 27 Nov 06 Lula A. Parrish, age 95, 4617 Seventh Avenue, Vienna, reported an acquaintance of hers, who resides in Waterford, used her Sears credit card at several Washington County businesses without permission. This case remains under investigation (684).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Anita Dawn Small, age 43, 13774 State Route 339, Waterford, a fugitive from justice, a felony. Small was arrested at her residence by Detective Brockmeier of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Nov 06 at 12:25 pm.

Jonas Wyatt Miller, age 23, 76 Hazelwood Road, Marietta, for burglary, breaking and entering, receiving stolen property and for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Miller was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Nov 06 at 2:25 pm.

Samuel Ryan Ward, age 29, 130 Bell Cemetery Road, New Matamoras, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Ward was arrested in Newport by Deputy Sheriff McLeish and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Nov 06 at 5:35 pm.
