On 25 Nov 06 Sgt. Underwood issued a citation to Debbie L. Moodispaugh, age 31, 67722 State Route 124, Reedsville, for failure to register. Sgt. Underwood stopped Ms. Moodispaugh on Washington Boulevard near Farson Street in Belpre.

On 25 Nov 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Roger L. Brass, age 36, 132 Main Street, Coolville, for failure to register. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Brass on US 50 near Clement Avenue in Belpre.

On 25 Nov 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Derrick N. Shanholter, age 21, 186 Mill Street Apt. 205, Athens, for driving with expired plates. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Shanholter on US 50 near Clement Avenue in Belpre.

On 25 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Blessed O. Ilodi, age 21, 6221 N. Huntington Drive, Solon, OH,uH for traveling 71 mph in a 55 mph zone and for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Ilodi on State Route 7 near Lockhart Street in Newport Township.

On 25 Nov 06 Lt. Wilson arrested Aaron W. Sutton, age 24, 319 Montgomery Street, Marietta, for .08 breath OVI, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stopping the vehicle after Mr. Sutton struck a deer on Pike Street, Lt. Wilson detected an odor of alcohol. Following his poor performance on field sobriety tests Mr. Sutton was transported to the Washington County Jail where he tested .133% BAC. A subsequent search of Mr. Sutton’s vehicle yielded marijuana and a marijuana pipe, resulting in the drug related charges.

On 25 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested summonses for a fifteen and a sixteen year old resident of Fleming for juvenile delinquency by underage consumption of and possession of alcohol. Deputy Mankins observed both inebriated males at the Waterford High School basketball game that evening and located thirteen cans of beer in the sixteen year old’s vehicle.

On 25 Nov 06 Nathan A. Scott Jr., age 19, 225 ½ Third Street, Lowell, reported four fourteen inch rims and tires were stolen from under his apartment steps since he last noticed them around 2 pm the previous afternoon. This case remains under investigation (1001).

Larry Allen Sheridan Jr., age 30, 169 Madison Street, Nelsonville, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Sheridan was arrested near the Athens County line by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 1:18 am.

Aaron William Sutton, age 24, 319 Montgomery Street, Marietta, for .08 breath OVI, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Sutton was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 1:42 am.

Kenneth Allen Newbanks, age 27, 129 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Newbanks was arrested on Franklin Street in Marietta by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 3:25 am.

Tabitha Marie Alltop, age 36, 480 McDonald Street, Wooster, OH, for driving under an FRA suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors. Alltop was arrested near milepost seven on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 8:45 am.

Steven Wayne Rush, age 20, 1770 Sealy Ridge Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, failure to appear, underage consumption of alcohol and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Rush was arrested on State Route 7 in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 5:25 pm.

Cody Lee Sturdevant, age 19, 501 Gale Avenue, Parkersburg, for .02 breath underage OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Sturdevant was arrested on State Route 7 in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 5:25 pm.

Michael Joseph Littleton, age 18, 119 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Littleton was arrested at Saint Mary’s School in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 6:00 pm.

Stanley Eugene Bennett Jr., age 55, 703 Elm Street Apt. B, Belpre, for operating with an expired license, a misdemeanor. Bennett was arrested on State Route 7 in Belpre by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Nov 06 at 8:50 pm.
