On 19 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued a citation to Michael T. Johnson, age 21, 218 Maple Street, Williamstown, for driving with expired plates. Deputy Morris stopped Mr. Johnson on State Route 618 in Lowell Township.

On 19 Nov 06 the administrator of Camp Hervida, 1260 Camp Hervida Road, Waterford, reported sometime since 16 Nov an unknown suspect(s) broke into the camp’s maintenance shed and stole three weed eaters, a chainsaw, a circular saw, a leaf blower and miscellaneous hand tools. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 19 Nov 06 Elsie Mayle, age 97, 164 Backes Road, Cutler, reported a large sum of cash was stolen from her purse sometime after midnight that morning. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 19 Nov 06 Ashley L. Payne, age 22, 355 McDonald Road, Waterford, reported when she arrived home from work that afternoon she noticed pry marks on the frame. Inspecting the inside of the apartment, Ms. Payne indicated several items were out of place but nothing was missing. This case remains under investigation (296).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Challis Curtis Howell, age 23, 613 Wayne Street, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property. Howell was arrested on Spring Street in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 06 at 12:55 am.

Ashley Danielle Patel, age 21, 106 Terrace Avenue, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Patel was arrested on Main Street in Belpre by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 06 at 6:11 am.

Ryan Logan Patel, age 26, 106 Terrace Avenue, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Patel was arrested on Main Street in Belpre by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 06 at 6:36 am.
