On 17 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris arrested
Jeremy R. Kesselring, age 29, 117 Rauch Drive, Marietta, for
OVI, driving under an OVI suspended license and for not having
vehicle registration. Not seeing a front license plate on Mr.
Kesselring’s vehicle, Deputy Morris conducted a traffic
stop near the Holiday Inn. Mr. Kesselring admitted consuming
twelve beers and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
When transported to the Washington County Jail Mr. Kesselring
tested .200% BAC.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeremy Ray Kesselring, age 29, 117 Rauch Drive,
Marietta, for OVI, driving under an OVI suspended license and
for not having vehicle registration, all misdemeanors. Kesselring
was arrested near the intersection of Pike and Acme Streets
in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 06 at 3:45 am.
Bret Alan Benson, age 42, 5337 Vanderbeng
Street, Tinker AFB, OK, for OVI and for driving outside the
marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Benson was arrested
near milepost twenty-four on State Route 7 by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 17 Nov 06 at 4:15 am.
Cory Dean Gilliam, age 31, 854 Greene Street
Apt. 2, Marietta, for a felony charge of domestic violence
and three misdemeanor charges of violating the terms of a protection
order. Gilliam was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Newell
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 06 at 10:20 am.
Chelsea Morgan Davis, age 18, 1574 Elizabeth Street Apt. A,
Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor.
Davis was arrested at her residence by Probation Officer Mettler
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 06
at 11:40 am.
Steven Lee Sealey Jr., age 28, 4667 Welch Road, Little Hocking,
for operating an unsafe vehicle, failure to reinstate his operator’s
license and for failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Sealey
was arrested near milepost seventeen on State Route 550 by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Nov 06 at 4:20 pm.
Harry Raymond Baker, age 33, 2865 Laurel Ridge Road, Lowell,
for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor.
Baker was arrested at the Duke station in Lowell by Lt. Wilson
of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 06 at 9:25 pm.
