On 14 Nov 06 a nineteen year old Marietta resident reported she believes her ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend sent her a harassing email message and that they also created a profile on myspace.com in an attempt to defame her. This case remains under investigation (1001).

On 14 Nov 06 Elizabeth K. Dunn, age 32, 228 Third Street, Lowell, reported sometime during the night an unknown suspect broke the rear driver side window of her Nissan Sentra. This case remains under investigation (1184).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Lucas A. Heiss, age 26, 267 Culver Run Road, Waterford, for issuing a bad check to Robert Quimby for $300 on 7 Aug 06.

Hugh D. McGrew, age 18, 703 Elm Street, Belpre, for driving under a suspended license on 26 Oct 06.

Donald L. Sears, age 46, 1315 Auld Street, Alliance, OH, for the theft of $750 from Elizabeth Dovedot on 2 Nov 06.

Dwight E. Wells, age 46, 14600 Robert Wells Road, Dexter City, for failing to appear for pretrial on 8 Nov 06.

Shawn N. Bonar, age 30, 134 Whipkey Drive, Waterford, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,804.40.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

William Joseph Carter Sr., age 22, 108 Riley Drive Apt. 4, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Carter was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Nov 06 at 3:39 pm.

Felicia Christine Jackson, age 25, 652 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her parole, a felony. Jackson was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Nov 06 at 11:50 pm.
