On 10 Nov 06 Randy Comer, age 30, 3995 Pleasant
Ridge Road, Marietta, reported his live-in girlfriend Stacy
Cook, age 44, kicked him and unplugged and threw a phone at
him during a disagreement over their relationship. In consequence,
Deputy Sheriff Norman requested a summons for Ms. Cook for
disorderly conduct.
On 10 Nov 06 Lt. Wilson observed a vehicle
perform a U-turn on Third Street in Marietta and shortly thereafter
he saw two men exit the vehicle and urinate in the roadway.
Conducting a traffic stop, Lt. Wilson spoke to the driver of
the vehicle, Marcos B. Vaca, age 23, 1906 Lavaca Street, Friendswoods,
TX, and his passenger, Michael A. Sanchez, age 20, 205 Parsons
Hall, Marietta. Both suspects had a strong odor of alcohol
and admitted drinking earlier at a bar in Marietta. After he
performed poorly on sobriety tests, Mr. Vaca was arrested for
OVI and for driving under an OVI suspended license. Mr. Sanchez
was also arrested for underage consumption of alcohol. Both
were then transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 10 Nov 06 an employee of Marietta RV, 98
Starlite Drive, Marietta, reported the thirty foot power cords
to sixteen campers were cut off sometime since 27 Oct 06. This
case remains under investigation (1184).
On 10 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Norman investigated
a two vehicle collision in the parking lot of Influent at 20225
State Route 7, Marietta. Not yielding to one another, a Ford
Taurus driven by Jasper W. Daniels, age 19, 2090 Fairview Ridge
Road, New Matamoras, collided with a Dodge Caravan driven by
Pamela S. Davis, age 53, 206 Summit Road, Marietta. The crashed
caused disabling damage to Mr. Daniels’ vehicle while
Ms. Davis’ vehicle sustained functional damage. No injuries
were reported.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Marcos Banda Vaca, age 23, 1906 Lavaca Street, Friendswoods,
TX, for OVI, operating without a license, driving under a suspended
license and for violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors.
Vaca was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Lt. Wilson
of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 10 Nov 06 at 3:05 am.
Michael Adam Sanchez, age 20, 205 Parsons Hall, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Sanchez
was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Lt. Wilson of
the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 10 Nov 06 at 3:15 am.
Roy Lee Gohr, age 20, 1681 Hollow Run Drive, Columbus, for
receiving stolen property, a felony. Gohr was arrested on Washington
Street in Marietta by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 10 Nov 06 at 10:55 am.
Frank Seymour Herald, age 27, 812 Vine Street, Racine, OH,
for operating with an expired license and for reckless operation,
both misdemeanors. Herald was arrested on State Route 7 by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 10 Nov 06 at 4:05 pm.
