On 9 Nov 06 a twenty-nine year old Whipple
resident reported a seventeen year old female, of whom she
has custody, left school without permission that morning and
she has not heard from her since. Charged with being unruly
by Deputy Sheriff Malone, the juvenile returned to her guardians’ residence
the following day.
On 9 Nov 06, while investigating a report
of two individuals entering a residence through a window, Detective
Schuck and Deputy Sheriff Eddy discovered Vicky L. Riddle,
age 48, 3501 Roselawn Avenue, Parkersburg, hiding in a closet
and clutching a crack pipe. Deputy Eddy then arrested Ms. Riddle
for possession of drug paraphernalia and for having an outstanding
warrant and transported her to the Washington County Jail.
On 9 Nov 06 a driver for the Ohio Valley Cab
Company, 330 Franklin Street, Marietta, reported a female did
not pay her resulting fare for a trip from the 1000 block of
Fifth Street to Sierra Apartments. This case remains under
investigation (500).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
David Allen Sayres, age 41, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 9 Nov 06 at 2:55 am.
Steven Edward Hawver, age 44, Marietta, for disorderly conduct
by intoxication and for falsification, both misdemeanors. Hawver
was arrested at the Best Value Inn in Marietta by Patrolman
Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 06 at 5:20 am.
James Scott Goodnow, age 35, 309 Fifth Street, Williamstown,
for OVI and speeding, both misdemeanors. Goodnow was arrested
on State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 06 at 5:24 am.
Bernard Eugene Yeater Jr., age 47, 200 Ninth
Street, Cambridge, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines and for violating the terms of his
probation, both misdemeanors. Yeater was picked up at the Muskingum
County Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 06 at 3:05 pm.
Vicky Lynn Riddle, age 48, 3501 Roseland Avenue, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines and for possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
Riddle was arrested in Devola by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 06 at 3:10 pm.
Stanley Rupert Smith Jr., age 45, 34455 State Route 7, Newport,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Smith
was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Norman and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 06 at 4:41
pm.
Daniel Lee Winstanley Jr., age 30, 112 King Avenue, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Winstanley
was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Probation Officer
Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9
Nov 06 at 8:05 pm.
