On 7 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued a
citation to Redgie L. Cline Jr., age 19, 509 Eighth Street,
Marietta, for driving under an OVI suspended license. Deputy
Rhodes stopped Mr. Cline on State Route 550 near Riggenbach
Hill Road in Warren Township.
On 7 Nov 06 a forty-one year old Marietta
resident reported she and her husband have been harassed over
the past few weeks for what she believes is retaliation for
testifying in a criminal case. This case remains under investigation
(1293).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Wayne Edward Valentine, age 26, 508 17th Street, Parkersburg,
for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear and for being
a fugitive from justice. Valentine was arrested on Harmar Street
in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
7 Nov 06 at 1:48 am.
Charles Dale Martin, age 19, 1311 Roselawn Avenue, Belpre,
for domestic violence and for underage consumption of alcohol,
both misdemeanors. Martin was arrested at his residence by
Patrolman Williams of the Marietta City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Nov 06 at 2:51
am.
Ronald Bruce Sheridan, age 35, 108 Seventh
Street, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Sheridan
was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by a member of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 7 Nov 06 at 9:17 am.
David Allen Sayres, age 41, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 7 Nov 06 at 10:45 pm.
Timothy Lee Stevens, 1206 Greenwood Road, Zanesville, for
being a repeat traffic offender and for possession of drug
paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Stevens was arrested near
milepost two on State Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Nov 06 at
10:55 pm.
