Crystal Dawn Marshall, age 24, 1959 Barnett Ridge Road, Belpre, for failing to register her dog. Marshall was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Hall and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Nov 06 at 1:05 pm.

Richard Lee McElfresh, age 28, 690 Goddard Road, Cutler, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. McElfresh was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Hall and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Nov 06 at 3:10 pm.
