The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

David Allen Sayres, age 41, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres was arrested near the intersection of Franklin and Market Streets in Marietta by Patrolman Heddleston of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Nov 06 at 6:55 am.

Mark Aaron McIntyre, age 24, 223 Broughton Avenue, Marietta, for receiving stolen property, a felony. McIntyre was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institute by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Nov 06 at 11:45 am.
