On 1 Nov 06 Sgt. Underwood issued a citation
to Charles R. Bee, age 54, 4685 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta,
for failure to register. Sgt. Underwood stopped Mr. Bee near
the intersection of Third and Warren Streets in Marietta.
On 1 Nov 06 Gary Best, 1449 Weppler Lane,
Coal Run, reported finding in the middle of the roadway near
Coal Run Drive and Coal Run Hill Road, a Wal-Mart 116 piece
socket set. The property was logged into evidence pending identification
of its owner.
On 1 Nov 06 Deputy Sheriff Reynolds responded
to a domestic dispute on State Route 821 in Marietta that involved
a nineteen year old and his sixteen year old brother. Arguing
over changing the television channel, the elder brother pushed
his brother’s hand away and began the ruckus. The altercation
migrated to the kitchen where a stool was thrown and where
the combatants tumbled to the floor. In response to pinning
his younger brother to the floor, the elder brother was bit
in the hand and arm. Because neither indicated he was in fear
for his safety Deputy Reynolds issued a citation to the older
brother for disorderly conduct and requested a summons for
the juvenile to appear
in Juvenile Court for being delinquent.
