On 26 Oct 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris requested a summons for Haley J. House, age 19, 4755 State Route 339, Vincent, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. House was found in possession of a marijuana pipe during a traffic stop on US 50 near Farson Street in Belpre.

On 26 Oct 06 Lt. Canavan received information that a sixteen year old Fleming resident was in possession of an edged weapon at Warren High School. Prior to a physical search for weapons the student, in in-school suspension for a fight the previous day, stated the items were in his backpack. In the backpack Lt. Canavan discovered a plastic cylinder containing seven straight razors. Claiming the razors were for protection because of the earlier fight, the juvenile was arrested for being delinquent and transported to the Washington County Juvenile Detention Center.

On 26 Oct 06 Major Winstanley issued a citation to Hugh D. McGrew, age 18, 703 Elm Street, Belpre, for driving under a drug offense suspended license. Major Winstanley stopped Mr. McGrew on State Route 7 near Veto Road in Warren Township.

On 26 Oct 06 Deanna Hart, age 41, 2085 Hanna Road, Marietta, reported between 18 and 20 Oct 06 an individual in Georgia used her debit card to accrue over $500 in charges via the internet. This case was forwarded to BCI & I for further investigation (8411).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Buddy A. Miller, age 34, 708 50th Street West, Bradenton, FL, for contempt for failing to appear on an order to show cause on 16 Oct 06.

Sherman R. Vaughn, age 22, 861 East 149th Street, Cleveland, for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 20 Oct 06.

Glenna M. Blair, age 26, 687 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,661.40.

Tonya D. Tidd, age 40, 800 State Route 821, Whipple, for failing to appear for pretrial on 5 Oct 06.

Nicky L. Lamp, age 33, 41 Dunn Lane, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear on an order to show cause on 16 Oct 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Melissa Sue Harris, age 30, 1607 Lynn Street, Parkersburg, for OVI and speeding, both misdemeanors. Harris was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Oct 06 at 6:55 am.

Susanne Beth Luke, age 44, 336 Oakpine Drive, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Luke was arrested on Putnam Street in Marietta by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Oct 06 at 9:56 am.

Leroy Junior Clark, age 31, 205 Gibbons Place, Marietta, for two felony counts of nonsupport of dependants. Clark was arrested at the Courthouse by Lt. Coppernoll and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Oct 06 at 11:15 am.

Steven Scott Worstell, age 33, 4845 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Worstell was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Oct 06 at 12:46 pm.

Robert Jeremy Cline, age 24, 634 Bird Street, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Cline was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Oct 06 at 1:59 pm.

Wylie Wayne Walnoha, age 35, Mechanicsburg Road, Woodsfield, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Walnoha turned himself in to Corrections Officer Carr and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Oct 06 at 5:35 pm.

Nathan Bryan Penix, age 32, 601 Veterans Memorial Boulevard Apt. 608, Huntington, for OVI and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Penix was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Oct 06 at 9:30 pm.
