On 18 Oct 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins responded
to the scene of death of an eighty-six year old Lowell resident.
The woman’s death appears natural; no foul play is suspected.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Brian D. Long, age 36, 4723 Dixon Ridge Road,
Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation by refusing
to submit to a breathalyzer test after being arrested for OVI
on 15 Aug 06.
Brent M. Radabaugh, age 28, 109 Brentwood Drive, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a probation hearing on 13 Oct 06.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Bruce Wallace Mechling II, age 23, 29 Putnam Place, Marietta,
for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Mechling was arrested
at the Four Seasons by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Oct 06 at 2:45 am.
Justin Bryce Davis, age 24, 416 Arnold Road, Lowell, for OVI,
domestic violence, driving under an FRA suspended license and
for driving left of center, all misdemeanors. Davis was arrested
on Third Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Oct 06
at 3:00 am.
Matthew Damon McCoy, age 32, 845 County House
Lane, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a
misdemeanor. McCoy
was arrested at Park Place Apartments by Patrolman McCracken
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 18 Oct 06 at 3:50 am.
Joshua Eric
Burkhart, age 18, 655 Goose Run Road, Marietta, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Burkhart was arrested
at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 18 Oct 06 at 5:21 pm.
