On 13 Oct 06 a fourteen year old Waterford
resident reported being punched in the face and ribs by another
juvenile female during the Waterford High School football game
that evening. This case remains under investigation (586).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
David Allen Himes Jr., age 22, 5039 Griscom
Street, Philadelphia, PA, for OVI and for making an improper
turn, both misdemeanors. Himes was arrested at the intersection
of Seventh and Putnam Streets in Marietta by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 13 Oct 06 at 3:20 am.
Crystal Dawn Seevers, age 22, 208 Seventh
Street, Beverly, for failing to register a change of address
as a registered sex offender and for violating the terms of
her probation, both felonies. Seevers was picked up at the
North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Oct 06
at 10:37 am.
Herbert Leroy Nunn, age 31, 845 County House Lane, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Nunn was arrested
on Pike Street in Marietta by Probation Officer Gilchrist and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Oct 06 at 11:44
am.
Kimberly Sue Barrows, age 20, 510 Front Street Apt. 1, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Barrows
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Willson and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Oct 06 at 3:26
pm.
Athena Terese Stillwagon, age 29, 116 State Route 2 Apt. C,
New Martinsville, for theft and for two counts of the unauthorized
use of computers, all misdemeanors. Stillwagon was arrested
at the Washington County Career Center by Deputy Sheriff McLeish
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Oct 06
at 3:45 pm.
Steven Dale Kirkpatrick, age 24, 11167 State Route 339, Vincent,
for driving under a suspended license and for not using a child
restraint, both misdemeanors. Kirkpatrick was arrested on State
Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 13 Oct 06 at 9:56 pm.
