On 11 Oct 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Stuart W. Goodwin, age 44, 12243 Veto Road, Marietta, for traveling 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Goodwin near milepost thirteen on State Route 339 in Warren Township.

On 11 Oct 06 Bradley W. Cozzens, age 26, 1717 Mitchell’s Lane, Marietta, reported sometime over the past ten days two change containers from his bedroom as well as his daughter’s piggybank were stolen, a total loss of over $1,000. This case remains under investigation (945).

Kimberly S. Barrows, age 20, 510 Front Street Apt. 1, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to complete an eight hour Alcohol Diversion Class and for failing to show proof of completing twenty-four hours of community service.

William A. Boyd, age 39, 802 ½ Front Street, Marietta, for having an open container of alcohol on 17 Sep 06.

James N. Carte, age 26, 116 Milltown Road, Newport, by failing to appear to begin thirty days of electronically monitored house arrest.

Justin B. Davis, age 24, 416 Arnold Road, Lowell, for an act of domestic violence on 4 Oct 06.

Clinton D. Hornbeck, age 30, 2100 10th Avenue, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for a scheduled appointment and for failing to make restitution.

Kirk A. Mason, age 18, 287 Rosewood Court Apt. E, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Ryan G. Matheny, age 20, 122 Kentucky Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to complete an eight hour Alcohol Diversion Class

Christopher N. Mayle, age 27, 11722 State Route 550, Cutler, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Zachary S. McCroskey, age 24, Route 2 Box 197, Mineral Wells, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Mitchell J. Potts, age 30, 2851 8 Mile Road, Lodi, CA, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to maintain contact with the probation department, for failing to show proof of attending counseling and for failing to complete community service.

Samantha S. Staley, age 24, 5440 State Route 339, Vincent, for possession of a crack pipe on 28 Aug 06.

Tonya D. Tidd, age 40, 8000 State Route 821, Whipple, for failing to appear for pretrial on 5 Oct 06.

Wylie W. Walnoha, age 35, Mechanicsburg Road, Woodsfield, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Cornell Watkins II, age 33, 1210 Lockwood Street Apt. B, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to maintain contact with the probation department and for failing to show proof of completing counseling.

Tony R. Wise, age 36, 403 39th Street, Vienna, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to serve three days in jail.

Holland was arrested at the intersection of Third and Greene Streets in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 12:25 am.

Carla Jo Masters, age 22, 623 Montgomery Street Apt. A, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Masters was arrested at the intersection of Third and Greene Streets in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 12:25 am.

Michael Wayne Masters, age 31, 1880 Highway 20, Hawthorne, FL, for failure to appear and for a parking violation, both misdemeanors. Masters was arrested at the intersection of Third and Greene Streets in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 12:25 am.

Jodi Melissa Anderson, age 22, 243 Gallagher Avenue, Logan, OH, for six counts of forgery, seven counts of uttering and for theft, all felonies. Anderson was picked up at the Fairfield County Jail by Lt. Coppernoll and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 1:54 pm.

Monty Ray Hanning Jr., age 29, 3049 Turkeyhen Road, Fleming, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Hanning was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 3:45 pm.

Wesley Ian Miller, age 19, 1115 Coal Run Road, Marietta, for two counts of theft, two counts of burglary, breaking and entering, receiving stolen property, safecracking, tampering with evidence and for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, all felonies. Miller was picked up at the Corrections Reception Center by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 6:30 pm.

Robert Lee Hill, age 31, 5501 State Route 60, McConnelsville, for burglary, a felony. Hill was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 6:40 pm.

Charles Brian Davis, age 31, 145 Turkey Knob Road, Newport, for OVI, driving under an OVI suspended license, failure to reinstate his operator’s license, failure to control and for domestic violence, all misdemeanors. Davis was arrested on Dana’s Run Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 7:25 pm.

Katherine Louise Edwards, age 47, 1008 Fifth Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Edwards was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 7:45 pm.

Kenneth Eugene Wriston, age 31, 306 Putnam Avenue, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wriston was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 06 at 9:25 pm.
