On 6 Oct 06, in the parking lot of Little Warren Elementary School, Leslie M. Wittekind, age 34, 1485 Hanna Road, Marietta, backed her Dodge Durango into the rear passenger door of a Toyota SUV occupied by Betty J. O’Brien, age 59, 680 Bramblewood Heights Road, Marietta. Only Ms. O’Brien’s vehicle sustained light damage (1203).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Darna Black, age 48, 18373 State Route 339, Waterford, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

Anthony S. Boling, age 30, 312 Scott Avenue, Belpre, for failing to appear for pretrial on 21 Sep 06.

Meredith L. Burns, age 26, for passing three bad checks totaling $239.46 to Sponey’s IGA in July of 2006.

Jennifer Cleveland, age 33, 1067 McGill Road, Vincent, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

Tony A. Cremeans, age 38, 2083 28th Street SW, Akron, for driving under a suspended license and for having a defective exhaust on 27 Aug 06.

Dana R. Braun, age 54, 933 ½ Greene Street Apt. 8, Marietta, for failing to produce his 2003 tax records for examination on 13 Dec 04.

Jason L. Dicken, age 25, 50 Federal Street, Little Hocking, for trespassing into Belpre Township Park on 11 Sep 06.

Paul D. Hardie, age 46, 143 Franklin Street, Marietta, for failing to pay Marietta City taxes, penalties or interest on 30 Apr 06.

Jack Smith, age 62, 51140 State Route 7, New Matamoras, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Kathy Renee Harner, age 37, 705 Clement Avenue, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony. Harner was arrested at the Adult Probation Office by Lt. Canavan of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Oct 06 at 5:00 pm.
