On 2 Oct 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued a citation to Caroline James, age 26, 15272 SW 104th Street Apt. 672, Miami, FL, for traveling 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Morris stopped Ms. James near milepost thirty-five on State Route 7 in Marietta Township.

On 2 Oct 06 an employee of AEP reported the business recently purchased the property at 90 Clark Hill Road in Waterford and sometime since he last checked the property on 21 Sep 06 an unknown suspect(s) removed the aluminum garage doors. This case remains under investigation (1001).

On 2 Oct 06 Colin Fairbanks, age 33, 100 Bank Street, Cutler, reported subsequent to being awakened by a noise at 12:30 am the previous morning he observed what appeared to be a juvenile siphoning gasoline from one of his vehicles. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 2 Oct 06 Sgt. Hiatt investigated an assault complaint at Eramet. Bruce Agree, age 50, 7308 Dunkirk Lane, Louisville, KY, stated earlier in the day he terminated the employment of Gary R. Cato, age 40, PO Box 265, Weirton, WV, because of a confrontation Mr. Cato had with the picket line earlier that day. As he was escorting Mr. Cato off the business’ property, Mr. Agree indicated Mr. Cato punched him in the face and kicked him in the groin. Claiming he was struck first but offering no proof, Mr. Cato was arrested for assault and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Marshall R. Boyles, age 23, 2211 23rd Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $369.20.

Stephen M. Cassell, age 27, 5611 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $466.70.

Shane L. Goins, age 29, 464 Moxahala Avenue, Zanesville, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $669.50.

Lionel J. Gore, age 19, 130 Cemetery Drive, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $2,492.75.

Adrian S. Henderson, age 21, 1094 Clement Avenue Ste. 2, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $159.90.

Joseph A. Miles, age 25, 38922 State Route 26, Graysville, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Buddy A. Miller, age 32, 815 Fifth Street, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $931.30.

Crystal A. Milligan, age 50, 15325 State Route 60, Lowell, for failing to appear at a Debtor’s Exam.

Donald E. Murphy, age 28, Long Run Road, Newport, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $229.45.

Zachary S. McCroskey, age 23, Route 2 Box 197, Mineral Wells, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $494.00.

Clyde Parsons, age 45, 205 Lawton Road, Marietta, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

Rick Singleton, age 45, 12219 Hebron Road, St Marys, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

Timothy S. Wines, age 35, 91 Riverview Drive, Beverly, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $565

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dallas Willey Farnsworth, age 33, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for breach of recognizance and for receiving stolen property, both misdemeanors. Farnsworth was arrested in Marietta by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Oct 06 at 10:55 am.

Gary Russell Cato, age 40, PO Box 265, Weirton, WV, for assault, a misdemeanor. Cato was arrested at Eramet by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Oct 06 at 12:55 pm.

Nathan Lee Robertson, age 20, 129 Elm Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Robertson was picked up at SEPTA by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Oct 06 at 2:25 pm.

Keely Rene Jaeger, age 19, 1790 Caywood Road, Marietta, for breaking and entering, theft, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and conspiracy in engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, all felonies. Jaeger was picked up in Franklin County by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Oct 06 at 2:36 pm.

Justin Daniel Deems, age 26, 18155 State Route 550, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Deems was arrested at the Adult Parole Office by Detective Seevers of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Oct 06 at 2:55 pm.
