On 29 Sep 06 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole issued a citation to Jeffrey L. Peterson, age 47, 17850 Cuyahoga, Carmel Valley, CA, for traveling 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Stackpole stopped Mr. Peterson on State Route 7 near Moore’s Junction in Warren Township.

On 29 Sep 06 Gregory A. Belle, age 54, 81 High Street, Seville, OH, reported sometime since the beginning of September a Polaris Scrambler ATV was stolen from a storage building near his hunting cabin at 905 Halls Chapel Road, Wingett Run. This case remains under investigation (107).

John A. Harbert, age 30, 2177 Maddock Street, Lorain, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 18 Sep 06.

James C. Bartimus, age 33, 1574 Elizabeth Street Apt. C, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,345.50.

Marie D. Dye, age 18, 112 Franklin Street, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $331.50.

Cayla M. Hanes, age 19, 9875 Indian Lake, Byesville, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $162.50.

John T. Higgins, age 21, 1513 Stranton Avenue, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $409.50.

Ronald L. Honesty, age 35, Route 7, Reno, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $354.90.

Brandon I. Roush, age 19, 11205 Hasbrook Court, Louisville, KY, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Christopher B. Stephens, age 24, 125 East Ninth Street, Williamstown, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $136.50.

Jennifer L. Strawderman, age 22, Route 1 Box 199, Mineral Wells, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $195.

Justin K. Treadway, age 19, 521 Barclay Street, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $508.30.

Raymond Massie Dawson, age 24, 47430 State Route 7, New Matamoras, for burglary and tampering with evidence, both felonies. Dawson was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 06 at 12:33 am.

Evelyn Kay Price, age 26, age 24, 47430 State Route 7, New Matamoras, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Price was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 06 at 12:59 am.

Herbert Samuel Dawson, age 28, age 24, 47430 State Route 7, New Matamoras, for receiving stolen property and complicity, both felonies. Dawson was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 06 at 1:33 am.

Jessica Cory Wasmund, age 28, 203 Devols Dam Road, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wasmund was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 06 at 2:28 am.

John Allen Vanreeth, age 53, 2307 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, for two to misdemeanor charges of theft. Vanreeth turned himself in to Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 06 at 10:00 am.

Jerome Anthony Smith, age 31, 511 Logan Street, Williamson, WV, for possession of drugs, a felony. Smith was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 06 at 11:14 am.

Nelson Douglas Lewis, age 39, 108 Berry Lane, Marietta, for receiving stolen property, a felony. Lewis was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 06 at 11:15 am.
