On 28 Sep 06 Lt. Canavan issued a citation to Kerri R. Grevey, age 25, 5209 Hanson Hill Road, Stockport, for traveling 39 mph in a 20 mph school zone. Lt. Canavan stopped Ms. Grevey on State Route 339 near Warrior Drive in Barlow Township.

On 28 Sep 06 Jason A. Buchanan, age 32, 230 Paw Paw Creek Road, Lower Salem, reported sometime during the past four days and unknown suspect(s) entered his garage and stole a five gallon gas can and a .22 caliber rifle. This case remains under investigation (792, 1293).

On 28 Sep 06 Jerry L. Bosner, age 53, 1488 Bosner Road, Lowell, reported three days after discovering a box of old coins between twenty and forty silver dollars were stolen from the box. This case remains under investigation (1020).

Michael Barker, age 59, 1004 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, for failing to file a list of assets and liabilities.

John L. Clark, age 35, 1685 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, for failing to appear to serve fifty-seven days in jail on 18 Sep 06.

Henry C. Farley, age 45, 1001 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for arraignment on 11 Sep 06.

Jessica R. Harlow, age 27, 2527 Sparling Road, Waterford, for an assault committed on 16 Jul 06.

Zachary M. Mounts, age 23, 211 Fifth Street Apt. A, Beverly, for an assault committed on 16 Jul 06.

Brent M. Newlen, age 22, 104 Riley Drive Apt. 6, Marietta, for contempt.

Patrick D. Worstell, age 22, 220 South Sixth Street, Marietta, for the theft of a Pontiac Grand Am on 21 Sep 06.

Dana B. Curry, age 34, 1005 State Route 555, Little Hocking, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 18 Sep 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Marcus Wayne Allen, age 27, 700 Greenhill Road, Marietta, for a felony charge of theft of a license plate and a misdemeanor charge of having fictitious plates. Allen was arrested at Go Mart by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 12:45 am.

Jonathin Robert Brock, age 18, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor. Brock was arrested at Parkway Townhouses in New Matamoras by Chief Travaglio of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 12:45 am.

Anthony Bryan Martin, age 20, 700 Greenhill Road, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license and for failure to signal, both misdemeanors. Martin was arrested at Go Mart in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 12:45 am.

Layne Richard Lowe, age 21, 451 Eyermann Road, Belpre, for two felony counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and for misdemeanor charges of giving false information to avoid a ticket, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under an FRA suspended license and for not stopping at a red light. Lowe was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 1:30 am.

Jeremy Ray Braun, age 22, 195 Caywood Road, Marietta, for assault and for disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Braun was arrested on Phillips Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 2:00 am.

Jeremy James McCoy, age 33, 6378 Stonehearth Pass, Grand Blanc, MI, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. John Scott Strader, age 31, 428 Clark Street, Morgantown, WV, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Strader was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 2:25 am.

Donovan Giovanni Taylor, age 25, 2853 Moreland Drive, Columbus, for failure to appear, a felony. Taylor turned himself in to Corrections Officer Reeder and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 11:36 am.

Andrew Alan Huck, age 28, 936 Fifth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Huck was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 2:36 pm.

Sharon Renee Alleman, age 48, 1211 Burnett Road, Cutler, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Alleman was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 06 at 10:40 pm.
