On 21 Sep 06 George Day, age 80, 339 State
Route 26, Marietta, reported in the past twenty-four hours
an unknown suspect(s) pried open the front door of his vacant
rental property at 885 Mount Tom Road, Marietta. This case
remains under investigation (1299).
On 21 Sep 06 Justin M. Hill, age 20, 26935
State Route 7, Marietta, reported when he awoke that morning
his friend Patrick D. Worstell, age 22, 220 South Sixth Street,
Marietta, who spent the night, along with his 1999 Pontiac
Grand Am were missing. Mr. Hill later learned the Highway Patrol
was investigating a crash involving his vehicle on Jett Hill
Road and the driver, who witnesses identified as Mr. Worstell,
fled the scene on foot. In consequence, Deputy Sheriff Morris
requested a warrant for Mr. Worstell for theft of a motor vehicle.

Office received the following warrant:
Robert E. McIntosh Jr., age 73, 3480 Highland
Ridge Road, Marietta, for towing a skier on the Muskingum River
who wasn’t wearing a lifejacket on 9 Sep 06.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Luis Martinez Solorzano, age 22, 720 29th
Street, Parkersburg, for OVI, operating without a license,
speeding and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors.
Solorzano was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21
Sep 06 at 3:37 am.
Jason Homer Malone, age 28, 6615 Cleveland
Road Apt. B11, Ravenna, OH, for three counts of failure to
appear and for violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors.
Malone was picked up at the Portage County Jail by Deputy Sheriff
Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on
21 Sep 06 at 2:45 pm.
Elmar Dewayne Cuble, age 43, 5421 McDougle Street, Detroit,
for theft, vandalism and breaking and entering, all felonies.
Cuble was picked up at the Wood County, WV Jail by Deputy Sheriff
O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 21 Sep 06 at 4:10 pm.
Lavance Keith Reed, age 42, 18600 Beland Street, Detroit,
for theft, vandalism and breaking and entering, all felonies.
Reed was picked up at the Wood County, WV Jail by Deputy Sheriff
O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 21 Sep 06 at 4:10 pm.
William Smith Jr., age 47, 15265 Fordham Street, Detroit,
for theft, vandalism and breaking and entering, all felonies.
Smith was picked up at the Wood County, WV Jail by Deputy Sheriff
O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 21 Sep 06 at 4:10 pm.
Jason Wayne Allman, age 24, 1320 Drag Strip Road, Belpre,
for driving under a suspended license and for having a defective
exhaust, both misdemeanors. Allman was arrested at Trout Sand
and Gravel by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 06 at 4:45 pm.
