On 19 Sep 06 Tanya Simpson, age 26, 1946 Swift
Road, Waterford, reported while she was away from her residence
for four hours that afternoon an unknown suspect entered her
home via an unlocked window. Though no property is missing,
Ms. Simpson stated her bedside stand was upended and her lamp
and alarm clock broken. This case remains under investigation
(586).
On 19 Sep 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins stopped
a vehicle driven by Lloyd E. Lauderman Jr., age 52, 8405 County
Nine Road, Newport, for driving down the center of County Nine
Road. Informed by Dispatch Mr. Lauderman’s license was
suspended, Deputy Mankins arrested him for the offense. Incident
to Mr. Lauderman’s arrest Deputy Mankins search the vehicle
and discovered two baggies of marijuana, rolling paper, a corn
cob pipe with marijuana residue and a pair of hemostats. Additionally
charged with possession of drugs and of drug paraphernalia,
Mr. Lauderman was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Jody M. Anderson, age 22, 243 Gallagher Avenue,
Logan, OH, for failing to appear for jury trial on 12 Sep 06
on multiple charges of theft, forgery and uttering.
Kelly J. Farnsworth, age 18, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for offenses committed as a juvenile.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Derek Douglas Oldfield, age 20, 27400 State Route 7, Marietta,
for illegally conveying items into a detention facility, a
felony. Oldfield was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Sury
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 2:00 am.
James Joe Carpenter, age 46, 430 ½ Third Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Carpenter
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 3:30 am.
William Thomas Klintworth, age 42, Marietta,
for contempt of a court order, a felony. Klintworth was arrested
at the Courthouse by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 11:45 am.
Kelly Jane Farnsworth, age 18, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for felony offenses committed as a juvenile. Farnsworth turned
herself in to Deputy Sheriff Underwood and was processed into
the Washington County Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 12:30 pm.
Herbert Leroy Nunn II, age 31, 845 County House Lane, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Nunn was arrested
at the Courthouse by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 1:20 pm.
John Michael Heiss, age 39, 7155 Muskingum River Road, Lowell,
for disorderly conduct by fighting, a misdemeanor. Heiss turned
himself in to Deputy Sheriff Underwood and was processed into
the Washington County Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 1:30 pm.
Matthew James Cornell, age 22, 124 Dean Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Cornell
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 5:40 pm.
Kathy Lynette Morey, age 34, 560 High Street, Macksburg, a
fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor. Morey was arrested in
Macksburg by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 19 Sep 06 at 8:52 pm.
Lloyd Eugene Lauderman Jr., age 52, 8405 County Nine Road,
Newport, for driving under an OVI suspended license, possession
of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
Lauderman was arrested on County Nine Road by Deputy Sheriff
Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19
Sep 06 at 8:17 pm.
