The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Lucas Alan Heiss, age 26, 267 Culver Run Road, Waterford, for driving under an FRA suspended license, for failure to obey the right of way and for contempt of a court order, all misdemeanors. Heiss was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Sep 06 at 9:54 am.

Jeffrey Shane Hutson Sr., age 36, Route 2 Box 286E, Elizabeth, WV, for operating with an expired license, a misdemeanor. Hutson was arrested on Braun Road in Belpre by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Sep 06 at 2:10 pm.

Amy Jo Crawford, age 31, 1194 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, for three felony count of using deception to obtain a dangerous drug. Crawford was arrested on Braun Road in Belpre by Lt. Canavan of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Sep 06 at 4:05 pm.
