On 11 Sep 06 Tamara M. Condict, age 36, 180 Fourth Street, Lowell, reported on 6 Sep 06, her thirteen and fifteen year old daughters were engaged in an altercation with each other over the care of their younger sister. Ms. Condict declined to pursue charges, only wanting the matter reported (695).

On 11 Sep 06 Troy Barth, age 42, 570 Handschumaker Road, Marietta, reported at some point during the past day an unknown suspect drove a vehicle off the roadway and through four sections of his cornfield on Jett Hill Road.

On 11 Sep 06 the chairman of the Oak Grove Recreational Center, 535 BF Goodrich Road, Marietta, reported when he arrived at the school for a monthly meeting he noticed three windows on the front side of the building and one on the rear of the building had been broken by rocks. This case remains under investigation (1299).

On 11 Sep 06 Deputy Sheriff Spencer requested summonses for Jason L. Dicken, age 25, 50 Federal Road, Little Hocking, for criminal trespassing and for a seventeen year old Little Hocking resident for being delinquent. Deputy Spencer encountered the two suspects at 10:15 pm riding their ATV’s on the property of Belpre Township Park on State Route 124 despite posted signs indicating the park is closed after dark.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jacob Demarcus Ledger Jr., age 37, 3111 11th Street, Cleveland, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Ledger was arrested at 708 Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 06 at 1:55 pm.

Glenn Roger Johnson Jr., age 19, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Johnson was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 06 at 6:02 pm.

Shane Michael Bennett, age 30, 718 Middle Street Apt. B, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Bennett was arrested on US 50 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 06 at 10:30 pm.

Amy Suzanne Farnsworth, age 20, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for failure to signal, both misdemeanors. Farnsworth was arrested at her residence by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 06 at 11:02 pm.

Jason Todd Bailey, age 30, 10260 State Route 550, Vincent, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Bailey was arrested on Harmar Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 06 at 11:19 pm.
