On 9 Sep 06 Michael R. McKenzie, age 45, 301
Longacre Street, Marietta, reported the estranged wife of his
daughter’s boyfriend allegedly keyed the hood, both doors,
both front fenders and one rear fender of his daughter’s
vehicle. This case remains under investigation (500).
On 9 Sep 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans observed
an individual who appeared under eighteen years old riding
a bicycle on Greene Street in Marietta at 3:40 am. Questioned
regarding his odor of alcohol, the sixteen year old male subject
admitted to Deputy Evans he drank beer that evening. At the
request of the juvenile’s probation officer Deputy Evans
arrested the teenager for being delinquent and transported
him to the Washington County Juvenile Detention Center.
On 9 Sep 06 Heather Williams, age 40, 347
Everson Road, Belpre, reported after she and her soon to be
ex-boyfriend, Leroy C. Leeson, age 45, 1010 Laird Avenue, Parkersburg,
returned home from a bar, Mr. Leeson refused to leave her home
when she ended their relationship. Ms. Williams stated Mr.
Leeson proceeded to choke her and even bit her finger when
she pointed it at him. Noticeably intoxicated, Mr. Leeson was
arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported
him to the Washington County Jail.
On 9 Sep 06 Sandra Heeter, age 30, 15590 State
Route 555, Cutler, reported her former live-in boyfriend took
her vehicle without permission. Declining to pursue charges,
Ms. Heeter informed Deputy Sheriff Malone her ex-boyfriend
returned the vehicle.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Mark Edward Hoover, age 41, 1013 Third Street, Marietta, for
assault, a misdemeanor. Hoover was arrested at the Four Seasons
in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
9 Sep 06 at 1:30 am.
Billy Allen Babcock, age 30, 165 Killwell Run Road, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Babcock
was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 9 Sep 06 at 2:05 am.
Leroy Clifford Leeson, age 45, 1010 Laird Avenue, Parkersburg,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Leeson
was arrested at Veto Lake by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 9 Sep 06 at 5:55 am.
Jeremy Lee Taylor, age 25, 720 ½ Third Street, Marietta,
for attempted rape, a felony. Taylor was arrested at the Marietta
City Police Department by Detective Hawkins and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 9 Sep 06 at 8:26 pm.
Ricky Dee Hines, age 44, 271 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Hines was arrested in Marietta
by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Sep 06 at
8:45 pm.
