On 8 Sep 06 Lt. Wilson assisted Detective Schuck in a traffic stop initiated on Amanda M. Schaad, age 20, 1001 Clay Street, Zanesville, on State Route 60. Though she appeared heavily intoxicated and was swerving in and out of her lane prior to the traffic stop, Ms. Schaad had no odor of alcohol. Ms. Schaad confessed she was impaired as a result of ingesting Klonopin. Arrested for reckless operation, Ms. Schaad was unable to provide a urine sample for drug testing due to her intoxication.

On 8 Sep 06 Thurman Bailey, age 54, 845 Haas Drive, Stockport, reported sometime since the first of March an unknown suspect(s) entered his guest house, pried open his gun cabinet and stole his Beretta 9 mm. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 8 Sep 06 Brian T. Welch, age 37, 34540 Carl Snyder Road, Lower Salem, reported within the last day his twenty-six foot stock trailer was stolen from the Pit Stop on State Route 821. This case remains under investigation (1203).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Adelberto D. Herrada, age 47, 2073 West 83rd Street, Cleveland, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to maintain contact with the probation department and for failing to show proof of completing counseling as ordered by the court.

Scott A. Phillips, age 21, 454 South Harris Street, Columbus, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to make regularly scheduled fine payments as ordered by the court.

Jeffrey A. Theiss, age 28, 27130 State Route 7, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of making $475 restitution as ordered by the court.

William Z. Watson, age 55, 833 Second Street Lot 3, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for a scheduled appointment and for failing to complete a driver’s intervention program or to complete an assessment of counseling as ordered by the court.

Lou Ann Baker, age 39, 150 West Camelot Road Lot 6, Belpre, for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 4 Aug 06.

David A. Sayres, age 41, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for an assault he perpetrated on 25 Aug 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Carl Nelson Robison, age 38, 121 ½ Greene Street Apt. 3, Marietta, for OVI, driving under an FRA suspended license and for driving left of center, all misdemeanors. Robison was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 2:27 am.

Zachary Justin Hill, age 26, 144 Sixth Street, Beverly, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hill was arrested on Fifth Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 4:10 am.

Raymond Eugene Russell, age 30, 817 Masonic Park Road Lot 12, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license and for having fictitious plates, both misdemeanors. Russell was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 9:10 am.

William Joseph Mitchell, age 21, 7512 Leavitt Road, Amherst, OH, for breaking and entering and for violating the terms of his probation, both felonies. Mitchell was arrested on State Route 60 by Detective Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 9:23 am.

Amanda Marie Schaad, age 20, 1001 Clay Street, Zanesville, for reckless operation, a misdemeanor. Schaad was arrested on State Route 60 in Lowell by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 9:35 am.

Jeffrey Clair Davis, age 29, 903 Front Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Davis was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 11:50 am.

Melissa Dawn Warrener, age 26, 290 Ridgewood Court Apt. D, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Warrener was arrested at her residence by Detective Parks of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 1:30 pm.

Kenneth Royden Sparks, age 28, 319 Simpson Street, Marietta, for two felony counts of breaking and entering. Sparks was arrested at 231 Hillcrest Drive in Marietta by Detective Sirianni of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 1:55 pm.

Mikal Leroy Sparks, age 27, 231 Hillcrest Drive, Marietta, for two felony counts of breaking and entering. Sparks was arrested at his residence by Detective Sirianni of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 2:00 pm.

David Allen Sayres, age 41, 223 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor. Sayres was arrested at his residence by Lt. Huffer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 6:20 pm.

Marvin Ray Ruble Jr., age 33, 113 Garage Avenue, Waterford, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Ruble was arrested at the Locker Room in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Sep 06 at 11:30 pm.
