On 3 Sep 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans arrested Jesse C. Zumbro, age 20, 717 Center Street, Belpre, for .08 breath OVI. Stopped for not using his turn signal, Mr. Zumbro admitted consuming six beers that evening and performed poorly on the administered field sobriety tests. At the Washington County Jail Mr. Zumbro tested .126% BAC.

On 3 Sep 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris investigated a domestic dispute reported by Lyndsey Pottmeyer, age 26, 310 Greenlawn Lane, Lowell. Arguing with her husband Daniel, age 22, over a possible love interest on her part, Mrs. Pottmeyer stated the discussion became physical when she was punched in the face. At Selby Hospital Deputy Morris viewed Mrs. Pottmeyer’s injuries, prompting him to arrest Mr. Pottmeyer for domestic violence and to transport him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Lloyd Lee Jeffers, age 49, Sparling Road, Waterford, for OVI, for not wearing a seat belt and for failure to signal, all misdemeanors. Jeffers was arrested in Beverly by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 06 at 12:26 am.

Gary Lee Jackson Jr., age 24, 300 Phillips Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 06 at 2:28 am.

Jensia Rae Steele, age 21, 1730 Cow Run Road, Lowell, for .08 breath OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Steele was arrested on State Route 60 in Lowell by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 06 at 2:56 am.

Jesse Carlton Zumbro, age 20, 717 Center Street, Belpre, for .08 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Zumbro was arrested on Fifth Street in Beverly by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 06 at 3:18 am.

Terry Lee Hayes, age 52, 114 Devol Drive, Marietta, for a felony charge of OVI and misdemeanor charges of driving under a suspended license and not having license plates. Hayes was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 06 at 5:20 pm.

Daniel Maurice Pottmeyer, age 22, 310 Green Lot Lane, Lowell, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Pottmeyer was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 06 at 7:38 pm.

Tracy Leanne McCoy, age 38, 1209 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony. McCoy was arrested on the west side of Marietta by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 06 at 10:10 pm.
