On 24 Aug 06 an employee of Oopsa Daisy Florist, 38780 State Route 7, Newport, reported an eighteen foot flatbed trailer was stolen from outside the business at some point during the last two days. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 24 Aug 06 Tiffany Shank, age 39, 1145 Bender Road, Marietta, reported her husband Brett, age 36, grabbed their seven year old daughter by the wrist and raised his fist in a threatening manner. Mrs. Shank stated her husband was intoxicated at the time and that this greatly frightened her daughter. Consequently, Deputy Sheriff Reynolds arrested Mr. Shank for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 24 Aug 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins responded to a domestic dispute at 3038 State Route 124, Little Hocking. Mary S. Nelson, age 49, detailed that her live-in boyfriend Robert T. Blizzard, age 46, punched her in the left foot so she threw a remote control at him. She further elaborated that she was seated in a chair when Mr. Blizzard grabbed her by the hair and pulled hard enough to move her and the chair. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Mankins arrested Mr. Blizzard for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

Trina McCoy, age 40, 214 Broughton Avenue Apt. 1, Marietta, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 3 Feb 06.

Douglas Piggott, age 35, Route 3 Box 549, Parkersburg, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 3 Feb 06.

Phillip Pope III, age 48, 896 Jones Avenue, Ravenna, OH, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 16 Jun 06.

Dustin Riley, age 21, 206 Broughton Avenue Apt. 3, Marietta, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 16 Jun 06.

Steven W. Rush, age 20, 108 Sunset Drive, Marietta, for failing to appear for pretrial on 22 Aug 06.

Chase L. Simmons, age 21, 729 Eighth Street, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol on 27 Jul 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Daniel Edward Hendrickson, age 52, 775 Gravel Bank Road, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Hendrickson was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 12:21 am.

Phillip Glenn Webb, age 60, 155 Horton Street, Vidor, TX, for OVI, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Webb was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 3:36 am.

Aaron Lee Winer, age 21, 605 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for a felony charge of violating the terms of his probation and a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Winer was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Clevenger of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 3:55 am.

Anthony Scott Boling, age 30, 312 Scott Avenue Apt. 7, Belpre, for driving under a suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors. Boling was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 9:53 am.

Brent Allen Lincicome, age 34, 575 Broad Street, Macksburg, for theft, a felony. Lincicome was arrested on Harmar Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 5:30 pm.

Homer Hendrix III, age 33, 304 Colegate Drive, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Hendrix was arrested at Wal-Mart in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 6:00 pm.

Michael Joseph Bell, age 21, 774 Wedgewood Drive Apt. 9, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors. Bell was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 7:08 pm.

Brett Eric Shank, age 37, 1145 Bender Road, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Shank was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 9:40 pm.

Robert Todd Blizzard, age 46, 3038 State Route 124, Little Hocking, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Blizzard was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Aug 06 at 11:20 pm.
