On 18 Aug 06 Carl Heinrich, age 68, PO Box
305, Reno, and Eugene C. Biehl, age 78, 140 Biehl Road, Whipple,
reported they were surveying property for an oil well on Bender
Road when a neighboring property owner accosted them. Both
victims stated John P. Rauch, age 45, 112 Manchester Street,
Marietta, fulminated obscenities and threatened numerous times
to harm them and their families. Since Mr. Rauch’s behavior
caused Mr. Heinrich and Mr. Biehl to believe his behavior would
cause them imminent physical harm, Deputy Sheriff Malone requested
a summons for Mr. Rauch for two counts of menacing.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Ann Michelle Long, age 32, 4736 Dixon Ridge Road, Lowell,
for OVI, speeding, for not wearing a seat belt, obstructing
official business and for having an open container of alcohol,
all misdemeanors. Long was arrested on State Route 60 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 18 Aug 06 at 2:28 am.
Richard Crisafi, age 66, 1480 Warren Road, Lakewood, OH, for
failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Crisafi was picked up at
the Lakewood Police Department by Patrolman Gragan of the Belpre
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Aug 06 at 6:28 am.
Michael Dee Bundy, age 31, Airport Road, Bluefield,
WV, for trafficking in drugs, a misdemeanor. Bundy was picked
up at the West Virginia Southern Correctional Center by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Aug 06 at 1:25 pm.
Jarrod Keith O’Neal, age 21, 1308 Williamson Avenue
Apt. 3E, New Matamoras, for assault, contributing to the delinquency
of a child and for obstructing official business, all misdemeanors.
O’Neal was arrested in New Matamoras by Chief Travaglio
of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 18 Aug 06 at 5:00 pm.
Lovell Anthony Schafer, age 27, Marietta, for passing bad
checks, a felony. Schafer was picked up in Cape May, NJ by
Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 18 Aug 06 at 6:00 pm.
Rhonda Bea Sergeon, age 37, 32 Old Penn Avenue, Wernersville,
PA, for two felony counts of theft by deception. Sergeon was
picked up in Berks County, PA by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Aug 06 at 6:45
pm.
