On 8 Aug 06 Deputy Sheriff Spencer responded
to a 911 hang up call at 1560 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta.
Interviewing witnesses as well as Felicia Jackson, age 25,
who appeared to be the victim due to her having multiple superficial
lacerations, Deputy Spencer determined the wounds were accidental
and/or self-inflicted and that no criminal act transpired.
On 8 Aug 06 Deputy Sheriff Eddy requested
a warrant for David A. Sayres, age 41, 836 Pike Street Apt.
42, for assault. A witness familiar with Mr. Sayres and the
apartment’s owner Jack Lindamood, age 61, revealed that
Mr. Sayres and his girlfriend imposed themselves upon Mr. Lindamood
and were helping themselves to the residence. Fed up, Mr. Lindamood
asked Mr. Sayres to leave, at which time Mr. Sayres punched
him in the face and caused him, to fall over a coffee table.
Mr. Sayres then absconded, his whereabouts unknown.
On 8 Aug 06 Ronald Selsor, age 45, 2020 Bear
Run Road, Reno, reported, after checking with his letter carrier,
that his SSI check was stolen from his mailbox on 3 Aug 06.
This case remains under investigation (945).
On 8 Aug 06 Bill McFall, age 47, 3635 Left
French Creek, Saint Mary’s, reported subsequent to exchanging
a 1987 Chevy Blazer to an acquaintance for a half the sale
amount of $700 the acquaintance has failed to pay the balance
and avoids his communiqués. This case remains under
investigation (296).
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Ali Houssaiky, age 20, 6320 Horger Street,
Dearborn, MI, for two misdemeanor counts of obstructing official
business. Houssaiky was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta
by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 8 Aug 06 at 5:54 pm.
Osama Sobhi Abulhassan, age 20, 6040 Neckel Street, Dearborn,
MI, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Abulhassan
was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Evans
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 06 at
6:22 pm.
