On 3 Aug 06 Michelle L. Ward, age 30, 418 Anderson Road, Fleming, reported two seven inch LCD monitors and a portable DVD player were stolen from her unlocked minivan during the night. This case remains under investigation (592).

On 3 Aug 06 Stanley R. Lang, age 51, 15601 State Route 676, Waterford, reported his checkbook and thirty-five dollars in change was stolen from a mug on his kitchen counter while he was at work. Similarly, two residents at 15727 State Route 676 reported their home was entered that afternoon and over $600 in change stolen. This case remains under investigation (1090).

On 3 Aug 06 an employee of the Village of Lowell reported an unknown suspect(s) entered the concession stand of the Lowell Pool overnight and stole fifty dollars from the cash box. This case remains under investigation (945).

On 3 Aug 06 Mark E. Westbrook, age 42, 370 Felter Road, Reno, reported he believes a family member forged his signature on a receipt in order to avoid paying him $568 as part of a court ordered settlement. This case remains under investigation (905, 1001).

On 3 Aug 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans arrested Donald F. Miller Sr., age 28, 2206 Woodland Trace, Youngstown, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stopped for traveling in excess of 70 mph, Mr. Miller had in his possession fourteen grams of marijuana and a silver smoking pipe.

On 3 Aug 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued a minor misdemeanor citation to Andrew W. Shell, age 24, 6095 Plum Street, Lewisville, for possession of 95 grams of marijuana. Deputy Morris stopped Mr. Shell for not having a front license plate near milepost four on Interstate 77.

Bobby L. Anderson, age 47, 5056 Ireland Road, Coolville, for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 24 Jul 06.

Steven M. Boise, age 20, Route 4 Box 131A, Mineral Wells, for criminal trespassing on 28 Jul 06.

Marshall R. Boyles, age 23, 2211 23rd Street, Parkersburg, for failing to appear to serve two days in jail on 10 Jul 06.

Shane L. Goins, age 29, 464 Moxahala Avenue, Zanesville, for failing to appear to serve ten days in jail on 11 Jul 06.

Adam C. Gonzalez, age 24, 210 Cleveland Street, Elyria, OH, for driving under a suspended license and speeding on 12 Jul 06.

Kelly J. Schott, age 48, Pennock Trailer Court Lot 12, Beverly, for driving under a suspended license on 6 Jul 06.

Jason H. Malone, age 28, 85 Forshey Road, Marietta, for three counts of failing to appear for pretrial on 26 Jun 06.

Kurt M. Lauer, age 46, PO Box 18, Dexter City, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 24 Jul 06.

Andrew J. Erb, age 30, PO Box 262, Friendly, WV, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 24 Jul 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Felicia Christine Jackson, age 25, 1560 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her parole, a felony. Jackson was arrested at Speedway on Seventh Street in Marietta by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 06 at 1:33 am.

Corey Edward Gallop, age 23, 9600 11th Bay Street Apt. 1, Norfolk, VA, for driving under a suspended license and possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Gallop was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 06 at 9:55 am.

Donald Frank Miller Sr., age 28, 2206 Woodland Trace, Youngstown, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Miller was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 06 at 5:10 pm.

William Donald Russell, age 22, 1209 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for contempt of a court order, a felony. Russell turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Norman and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 06 at 9:12 pm.
