On 23 Jul 06 Charles D. McFann, age 42, 5 High Street, Vincent, reported sometime since early morning his lunchbox, which contained three bottles of prescription medication, his wallet and cellular phone, were stolen from inside his vehicle. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 23 Jul 06 Deputy Sheriff Simmons investigated reports of unknown suspects throwing eggs at cars in the vicinity of Sandhill Road in Reno. Charges on two juveniles may be forthcoming since a convenience store clerk sold recorded the license plate of the juveniles’ vehicle after selling them three dozen eggs the previous day.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Donald Lee Lilly Jr., age 40, 902 Park Street, Beverly, for OVI and for having a faulty equipment light, both misdemeanors. Lilly was arrested on State Route 339 by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Jul 06 at 12:20 am.

Jill Marie McCarty, age 38, 945 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. McCarty was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Jul 06 at 1:15 am.

John Fredrick McCarty, age 38, 945 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. McCarty was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Jul 06 at 1:15 am.

Mark Thompson, age 35, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, for failure to reinstate his operator’s license, a misdemeanor. Thompson was arrested near milepost twenty on State Route 26 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Jul 06 at 11:00 pm.
