On 21 Jul 06 Zachary T. Hall, age 21, 7409 Federal Road, Cutler, struck a deer as he traveled on State Route 618 toward Little Hocking. Mr. Hall’s vehicle sustained non-functional damage; he reported no injuries (792).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Travis Eugene Sparks, age 23, 648 Phillips Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of assault and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct by fighting and resisting arrest. Sparks was arrested on Putnam Street in Marietta by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 06 at 2:14 pm.

Jodi Melissa Anderson, age 22, 243 Gallagher Avenue, Logan, OH, for failure to appear, a felony. Anderson was picked up at the Logan Police Department by Deputy Sheriff Tornes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 06 at 4:03 pm.

Robert Lucky Patterson, age 23, 424 Third Street Apt. 2, Marietta, for a felony charge of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of violating the terms of his probation. Patterson was picked up in Columbus by Deputy Sheriff Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 06 at 5:54 pm.
