On 15 Jul 06 Deputy Sheriff Coppernoll issued
a citation to Charles F. O’Brien, age 19, 6250 Sandhill
Road, Marietta, for traveling 70 mph in a 40 mph zone. Deputy
Coppernoll stopped Mr. O’Brien near milepost two on Millers
Lane in Marietta Township.
On 15 Jul 06 Lt. Huffer arrested Lawrence
E. Nelson, age 64, 2258 State Route 550, Marietta, for .08
breath OVI and driving left of center. Being informed by a
witness of a vehicle operating erratically, Lt. Huffer located
the suspect vehicle and observed it at one point traveling
completely in the opposite lane. Mr. Nelson performed poorly
on the sobriety tests that followed and transported to the
Washington County Jail where he tested .096% BAC.
On 15 Jul 06 Brandon M. Hunt, age 19, 1500
County House Lane, Marietta, reported at some point during
the past four days an unknown suspect(s) kicked in his basement
door and stole a fairly new weed eater that was sitting next
to the door. This case remains under investigation (1299).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Ryan Allen Winebrenner, age 21, 15685 Waterford Road, Waterford,
for OVI, driving under an OVI suspended license, failure to
control, for not wearing a seat belt and for violating the
terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Winebrenner was arrested
on Watertown Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 06 at 1:30 am.
Daniel Edward Hendrickson, age 52, 775 Gravel Bank Road, Marietta,
for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia,
both misdemeanors. Hendrickson was arrested on Greene Street
in Marietta by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
15 Jul 06 at 2:30 am.
Sonya Denise Coe, age 43, 101 Franklin Street, Marietta, for
theft, a misdemeanor. Coe was arrested on Front Street in Marietta
by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 06
at 3:00 am.
Clay Howard Ream, age 20, 215 Fifth Street, Marietta, for
underage consumption of alcohol and disorderly conduct by intoxication,
both misdemeanors. Ream was arrested on Front Street in Marietta
by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 06
at 3:45 am.
Lawrence Everett Nelson, age 64, 2258 State Route 550, Marietta,
for .08 breath OVI and driving left of center, both misdemeanors.
Nelson was arrested on State Route 550 by Lt. Huffer of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 06 at 4:19 am.
