The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Cornell Watkins II, age 33, 514 Elm Street, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Watkins was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Smeeks of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jul 06 at 11:59 am.

Daniel Ray Hickman, age 21, 72 Lubeck Lane, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hickman was arrested on Scott Avenue in Belpre by Patrolman Smeeks of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jul 06 at 11:25 pm.
