On 6 Jul 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Shane D. Thomas, age 19, 237 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for operating without a license and for pulling a vehicle without license plates. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Thomas on Gilman Avenue in Marietta.

On 6 Jul 06 an employee of Miller’s AM/PM, 2889 State Route 821, Marietta, reported the driver a blue Ford Explorer drove off without paying for $40 in gasoline. This case remains under investigation (200).

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dale Robert Wiggins Jr., age 24, 2592 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wiggins turned himself in to Corrections Officer Reeder and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jul 06 at 11:29 am.
