On 3 Jul 06 Kimberly M. Weese, age 45, 934 McGill Road, Vincent, reported being assaulted by her husband Gary, 53. Mrs. Weese informed Sgt. Underwood and Deputy Spencer that she and her husband sleep in separate rooms and her husband was asleep in her bed. Roused from his slumber, Mr. Weese scolded his wife and attempted to return to sleep. Mrs. Weese further insisted he move, causing Mr. Weese to jump up and shove her violently across the room. Determining Mrs. Weese was in fear for her safety, Deputy Spencer arrested Mr. Weese for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 3 Jul 06 Christopher Brinson, age 23, 836 Pike Street Apt. 7, Marietta, reported while he and his girlfriend were away from their apartment between 6 and 10:30 pm that evening, an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the apartment and stole an Xbox, an Xbox 360, a laptop computer and a cellular phone. This case remains under investigation (1090).

Patrick A. Brannan, age 44, 150 Camelot Wet Lot 11, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $708.50.

Billy J. Davis, age 21, 19 High Street, Vincent, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $435.50.

Jeannie B. Edge, age 50, 101 Evans Street Apt. B15, New Matamoras, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $48.10.

Charles G. Gibson, age 46, 1800 Broadway Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $289.90.

David M. Hill, age 26, 2409 Hanvey Street, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $237.50.

Ralph V. James, age 61, 142 North Sixth Street, Steubenville, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $158.60.

Johnny W. Johnson, age 23, 202 ½ Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,749.05.

Phillip B. Jones, age 29, Route 1 Box 206, Belleville, WV, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $149.50.

James A. Jude, age 44, Route 40, Inez, KY, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $516.10.

Autumn D. Lucas, 12210 State Route 60, Lowell, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $455.00.

Melita D. Miller, age 34, 25 Bliss Avenue, Little Hocking, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $210.60.

Melissa L. Perdue, age 36, 80 Fleming Street, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Abraham Smith, age 39, 2514 17th Street NE, Canton, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $279.50.

Roy R. Workman, age 37, 1576 Elizabeth Street Apt. C, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $460.00.

Joshua A. Campbell, age 23, 3635 Bear Creek Road, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for a meeting on 23 Jun 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Billy Allen Babcock, age 30, 428 Second Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor charges of OVI, not wearing a seat belt, driving under a suspended license and driving left of center. Babcock was arrested on Colegate Drive in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Jul 06 at 4:05 am.

Amber Darlene Hart, age 40, Hillcrest Court Apt. 16, Parkersburg, for failure to appear, a felony. Hart was arrested at the Courthouse by Captain Brum of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Jul 06 at 9:25 pm.

Dianna Lee Ritchey, age 47, 1914 30th Street, Parkersburg, for attempting to use deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a felony. Ritchey was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Jul 06 at 7:43 pm.

Shane Michael Hardie, age 30, 761 Buckeye Avenue, Marietta, for three counts of disorderly conduct by intoxication, two counts of breach of recognizance and criminal trespassing, all misdemeanors. Hardie was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Jul 06 at 8:13 pm.

Dallas Willey Farnsworth, age 32, Marietta, for OVI, driving under an FRA suspended license and for not using headlights, all misdemeanors. Farnsworth was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Jul 06 at 11:28 pm.
