On 1 Jul 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans arrested Corey W. Seeger, age 19, 118 Bartlett Street Apt. 3, Marietta, for .02 underage OVI. Noticing an inoperable license plate light, Deputy Evans stopped the suspect vehicle. Once he noticed an odor of alcohol on Mr. Seeger, Deputy Evans requested he perform field sobriety tests. Following Mr. Seeger’s poor performance on the tests, he was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail where he tested .069% BAC.

On 1 Jul 06 Timothy J. Stacy, age 26, 23 Cherry Street, Vincent, reported while he was away overnight, a .45 caliber Smith and Wesson and a .22 caliber Ruger were stolen from a spare bedroom in his home. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 1 Jul 06 James Martin, age 81, 14543 State Route 676, Watertown, reported stolen between 7 pm on 29 Jun and 1 pm on 30 Jun, vehicle parts to a Ford Model A as well as other antique collectibles. This case remains under investigation (598).

On 1 Jul 06 Lt. Wilson arrested a seventeen year old Reedsville resident for .02 underage OVI. Lt. Wilson and Deputy Sheriff Reynolds observed the juvenile operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust and conducted a traffic stop. Testing .067% BAC, the juvenile was released to his mother and ordered to appear in Juvenile Court.

On 1 Jul 06 Robert E. Davison, age 32, 3950 Caywood Road, Marietta, reported he believes the driver of a nineties model, beige Ford truck dumped trash and other rubbish on his property around 6:30 that morning. This case remains under investigation (1184).

Cody Justin Cline, age 26, 58193 Night Hawk Road, Senecaville, for a felony charge of vandalism and a misdemeanor charge of littering. Cline was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 1:40 am.

Daniel Preston Edwards, age 35, 911 Fourth Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by fighting, a misdemeanor. Edwards was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 3:30 am.

Corey William Seeger, age 19, 118 Bartlett Street Apt. 3, Marietta, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Seeger was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 5:37 am.

Catarino Funes, age 26, State Route 7, Reno, for operating a vehicle without a license, a misdemeanor. Funes was arrested in Reno by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 8:53 am.

Jennifer Lynn Parrish, age 25, 87 Riverview Avenue, Little Hocking, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Parrish was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 12:35 pm.

Sharon Louise Hinkle, age 50, 1907 Fairview Ridge Road, New Matamoras, for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Hinkle was arrested on Front Street in New Matamoras by Chief Travaglio of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 8:00 pm.

Leonard Marshall Ridgeway, age 59, 1795 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for OVI and failure to control, both misdemeanors. Ridgeway was arrested on Washington Street in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 9:27 pm.

Larry Dale Haught Jr., age 26, 211 Meigs Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Haught was arrested on Hart Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 9:51 pm.

Donald Emerson Sterling, age 25, 106 Oak Grove Lane, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Sterling was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jul 06 at 10:50 pm.
