On 29 Jun 06 the owner of Davlin Lake Campground,
7826 State Route 339, Vincent, reported various pieces of copper
tubing and vents, three rolls of copper wiring and boxes of
toilet paper and paper towels were stolen from inside a locked
shed at the campground. This case remains under investigation
(232).
On 29 Jun 06 Lt. Wilson attempted to stop
a suspicious vehicle when the vehicle’s driver came to
an abrupt halt behind the Lafayette Hotel. The driver exited
his vehicle, leaped over an embankment and disappeared from
sight. An hour later Lt. Wilson discovered the suspect, Thomas
J. Cline, age 31, 110 Shady Lane, Marietta, hiding in a wooded
area near Marietta Harbor, arrested him for obstructing official
business and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Deron Andrew Quesinberry, age 30, 423 Williams Avenue, Williamstown,
for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Quesinberry was arrested on Fearing Street in Marietta by Lt.
Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 06 at 12:49
am.
Thomas Joseph Cline, age 31, 110 Shady Lane, Marietta, for
obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Cline was arrested
at Marietta Harbor by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29
Jun 06 at 7:00 am.
Andrew Alan Huck, age 28, 936 Fifth Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Huck was
arrested in Oak Grove by Probation Officer Ketelsen and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 06 at 12:47 pm.
Amy Carol Bogard, age 35, PO Box 75, Belmont, WV, for a felony
charge of trafficking in drugs and misdemeanor charges of OVI,
driving left of center, possession of drugs and possession
of drug paraphernalia. Bogard was arrested on State Route 7
by Chief Travaglio of the New Matamoras Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 06 at 11:50
pm.
