On 28 Jun 06 a thirty-four year old Cutler resident reported she believes her ex-husband’s girlfriend is responsible for a number of harassing phone calls she has received over the past two months. This case remains under investigation (1183).

On 28 Jun 06 Tony Tornes, age 73, 7619 Waterford Road, Marietta, reported while he visited a doctor between 8 am and 1 pm, his Honda TRX300 ATV was stolen from his driveway. This case remains under investigation (501).

On 28 Jun 06 Homer L. Wilson, age 72, 2707 Lenore Street, Parkersburg, reported a cast iron, claw foot bathtub was stolen from the yard behind his rental property at 510 Carson Lane, Little Hocking, sometime over the past ten days. This case remains under investigation (501).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Aaron L. Winer, age 21, 2203 Hill Street Apt. B, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 13 Jun 06.

Robert E. Carpenter, age 32, 2665 Mill Fork Road, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on 22 Jun 06.

Amber D. Hart, age 40, 816 Virginia Street, Beverly, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on 22 Jun 06.

Lovell Schaffer, age 27, 328 ½ Gilman Avenue, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on 22 Jun 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Daniel Ray Hickman, age 21, Box 13A, Elizabeth, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hickman was arrested on Walnut Street in Marietta by Probation Officer Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 06 at 1:36 pm.

David Lee Perine, age 21, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 1F, New Matamoras, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Perine turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 06 at 3:40 pm.
