On 25 Jun 06 Deputy Sheriff Eddy arrested James J. Carpenter, age 46, 430 ½ Third Street, Marietta, for disorderly coduct by intoxication. Several residents at Sierra Apartments reported Mr. Carpenter was highly intoxicated, creating a disturbance and arguing with numerous individuals.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Gerald Edward Green, age 53, 413 Market Street, Marietta, for OVI and for failing to obey the right of way, both misdemeanors. Green was arrested on Putnam Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 2:10 am.

Shane Allan Barnhart, age 22, 50 May Avenue, Chauncey, OH, for driving under a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Barnhart was arrested near milepost eight on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 2:15 am.

Larry Allen Sheridan, age 30, 19067 Taylor Ridge Road, Glouster, OH, for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Sheridan was arrested near milepost eight on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 2:45 am.

Michael Shane Lupardus, age 33, 935 Swann Street Apt. 4, Parkersburg, for OVI and speeding, both misdemeanors. Lupardus was arrested near milepost thirteen on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 4:45 am.

Erik Richard Self, age 26, 4727 Heathstead Drive Apt. E, Dublin, OH, for .08 breath OVI and failure to control, both misdemeanors. Self was arrested on Watertown Road in Waterford by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 7:55 am.

Boyd Eldon Dearth, age 42, 12065 Veto Road, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Dearth was arrested on State Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 4:50 pm.

Jerry Richard Riggs Jr., age 36, 1455 Branch Road, Lowell, for driving under an OVI suspended license and failure to signal, both misdemeanors. Riggs was arrested on State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 5:20 pm.

James Joe Carpenter, age 46, 430 ½ Third Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Carpenter was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 5:55 pm.

Brandon James Lott, age 20, 2100 Laurel Estates Lot E, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and domestic violence, both misdemeanors. Lott turned himself in to Patrolman Williams at the Belpre City Police Department and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jun 06 at 7:15 pm.
