On 19 Jun 06 Jeffrey C. Beaver, age 36, 17824
State Route 550, Marietta, reported during the overnight hours
his and his wife’s vehicles were entered and over $300
stolen. This case remains under investigation (296).
On 19 Jun 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Daniel L. Henry, age 31, 30515 Old Dexter Road,
Langsville, OH, for failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy
Mankins stopped Mr. Henry after he failed to stop when turning
from Gravel Bank Road onto State Route 7 in Dunham Township.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Louis R. Cavillis, age 35, 307 Eighth Street,
Belpre, for failing to appear to serve twenty-four days in
jail on 10 Jun 06.
Michael A. Emerick, age 48, 4015 Patten Mills Road, Stockport,
for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 5 Jun
06.
James Whitlock, age 36, 1400 41st Street, Parkersburg, for
failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 14 Jun 06.
Shawn D. Dalrymple, age 22, 203 East Faye
Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation
by failing to appear for a scheduled meeting.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Michael Allen Fisher Sr., age 40, 1910 Chestnut
Street, Gallipolis, for driving under a suspended license and
failure to maintain assured clear distance, both misdemeanors.
Fisher was arrested on Farson Street in Belpre by Patrolman
Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 19 Jun 06 at 12:05 pm.
Erica Dean Deford, age 26, 707 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for
felony charges of breach of recognizance and contempt of a
court order and two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear.
Deford was picked up at the Franklin County Jail by Deputy
Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Jun 06 at 3:30 pm.
Scott Anthony Anderson, age 22, 1057 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg,
for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Anderson
was arrested on Gravel Bank Road by Deputy Sheriff Mankins
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jun 06
at 5:09 pm.
