On 18 Jun 06 Deputy Sheriff Malone requested two summonses for Jason W. Allman, age 23, 1320 Drag Strip Road, Belpre, for theft. The summons alleges Mr. Allman was observed stealing lawn ornaments and four hanging baskets from a residence in Belpre on 2 May 06.

On 18 Jun 06 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole was dispatched to a trailer fire at 2355 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent. Already on the scene extinguishing the blaze were members of the Dunham Volunteer Fire Department. Due to the Dunham Chief’s concerns that the fire was not accidental, Deputy Stackpole contacted the Ohio State Fire Marshall’s Office to conduct further investigation.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Patricia Helene Minor, age 48, 7260 Edgewood Lane, Athens, for OVI and driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Minor was arrested in Fearing Township by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 06 at 6:41 pm.
