On 15 Jun 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued a citation to Michael A. Dennis, age 34, 3801 Alum Creek Road, Columbus, for not wearing a seat belt. Deputy Morris stopped Mr. Dennis on State Route 7 near milepost eleven in Belpre Township.

On 15 Jun 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Ernest F. White II, age 32, 1025 ½ Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, for pulling a trailer without brake lights. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. White on State Route 7 at Gravel Bank Road near milepost eleven in Belpre Township.

On 15 Jun 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris arrested Tammy R. Vangorden, age 28, 8845 Okeechobee Boulevard Apt. 108, West Palm Beach, FL, for .08 breath OVI and speeding. Deputy Morris stopped Ms. Vangorden for traveling 76 mph in a 55 mph zone on US 50. Once Ms. Vangorden performed poorly on field sobriety tests she was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail where she tested .124% BAC.

On 15 Jun 06 Lt. Canavan issued a citation to Kristopher M. Madison, age 28, 720 Circle Drive, Belpre, for not wearing a seat belt. Lt. Canavan stopped Mr. Madison on State Route 339 at Albright Road in Belpre Township.

On 15 Jun 06 Lt. Canavan issued a citation to Kyle D. Kincaid, age 19, 12800 Waterford Road, Waterford, for not wearing a seat belt. Lt. Canavan stopped Mr. Kincaid on State Route 339 at Anderson Road in Waterford Township.

On 15 Jun 06 Lt. Canavan issued a citation to Douglas W. Johnston, age 59, 298 Kitts Road, Waterford, for traveling 67 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Canavan stopped Mr. Johnston on State Route 339 at Rocky Point Road in Barlow Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Jeffrey Moore, age 21, 1004 ½ 16th Street Apt. 4, Parkersburg, for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 5 Jun 06.

Robert A. Nickols, age 29, Marietta, for failing to register a change of address as a registered sex offender.

Christopher L. Coe, age 29, 345 Chestnut Street, Spencer, WV, for driving under a suspended license on 1 Jun 06.

Jon E. Preston, age 25, 1821 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to pay his fines or to appear to serve ten days in jail.

Hubert C. Hill, age 23, 2580 Indianola Avenue, Columbus, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license or to appear to serve three days in jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Barbara Lee Tidd, age 45, 366 Arends Ridge Road, Marietta, for OVI and driving under an FRA suspended license, both misdemeanors. Tidd was arrested on State Route 821 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 06 at 12:53 am.

Brian Ray Ackley, age 28, 4115 Circle Drive, New Marshfield, OH, for driving under an OVI suspended license, a misdemeanor. Ackley was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 06 at 10:10 am.

Stacy Renee Thompson, age 26, 115 Harmar Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of the illegal use of food stamps and a misdemeanor charge of trafficking in drugs. Thompson turned herself in to Captain Brum of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 06 at 2:20 pm.

Melissa Mary Busch, age 41, 1179 Bush Road, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Busch turned herself in to Lt. Coppernoll of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 06 at 7:28 pm.

Tammy Renee Vangorden, age 28, 8845 Okeechobee Boulevard Apt. 108, West Palm Beach, FL, for .08 breath OVI and speeding, both misdemeanors. Vangorden was arrested on US 50 by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jun 06 at 9:45 pm.
