On 11 Jun 06 Lille B. Singer, age 46, 11827
State Route 555, Cutler, reported while sitting at her computer
desk she heard a gunshot and looked outside to see a vehicle
traveling toward Bartlett. Arriving on the scene, Sgt. Hiatt
and Deputy Sheriff Stackpole observed a large hole in the top
of the window frame as well as a shotgun slug lodged inside.
This case remains under investigation.
On 11 Jun 06 Robert L. Flowers, age 52, 295
Francis Road, Lowell, reported finding a bullet on his bathroom
floor as he swept. Once he found the bullet, Mr. Flowers recollected
hearing as gunshot the night before and realized the holes
in his bathroom wall and a hole in his vinyl siding were caused
by a projectile shot from a firearm. This case remains under
investigation (592).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Albert Alan Campbell, age 25, PO Box 962, Grantsville, WV,
for theft, a misdemeanor. Campbell was arrested near Moore’s
Junction by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 11 Jun 06 at 1:45 am.
Crystal Domonic Davis, age 20, 100 Willowbrook Drive Apt.
45, Parkersburg, for OVI and failure to signal, both misdemeanors.
Davis was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 11 Jun 06 at 3:45 am.
Ramon Lopez Parada, age 22, 32 Highway Road, Santana, KY,
for operating without a license, driving outside the marked
lanes of travel and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors.
Parada was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jun 06
at 5:00 am.
Kenneth Edward Brown Sr., age 47, 6795 Rockville Road, Blue
Rock, OH, for operating with an expired license and operating
with fictitious plates, both misdemeanors. Brown was arrested
in Lowell by Detective Schuck of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11
Jun 06 at 11:25 am.
Kimberly Anne Jay, age 46, 407A Franklin Street, Marietta,
for driving under an FRA suspended license and operating without
a license, both misdemeanors. Jay was arrested at his residence
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 11 Jun 06 at 12:40 pm.
Michael Anthony Trent, age 36, 140 Franklin Street, Marietta,
for a felony and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.
Trent was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jun 06
at 1:20 pm.
Patricia Ann Bonar, age 29, 134 Whipkey Drive, Waterford,
for a felony charge of nonsupport of dependants and a misdemeanor
charge of violating the terms of his probation. Bonar was arrested
at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11
Jun 06 at 9:30 pm.
