On 10 Jun 06 Sgt. Hiatt charged Redgie L. Cline Jr., age 18, 508 Eighth Street, Marietta, with possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Subsequent to arresting Mr. Cline on a warrant, a marijuana pipe and a bag of marijuana were found in zippered compartments of Mr. Cline’s shoes while he was being searched when processed into the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Roger W. Burkhart Sr., age 40, 565 Goose Run Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by fighting, a misdemeanor. Burkhart was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 12:50 am.

Andrew Patrick Keith, age 19, 508 Elizabeth Street, Williamstown, for theft, a misdemeanor. Keith was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 2:24 am.

Rudy Lopez Ramirez, age 35, 10 McDonald Road, The Plains, for a felony charge of forgery and misdemeanor charges of operating with an expired license and disorderly conduct by intoxication. Ramirez was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 2:50 am.

Evettte Meshelle Carpenter, age 28, 761 Buckeye Avenue, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Carpenter was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 3:24 am.

Justina Goddard, age 33, 5506 13th Avenue, Vienna, for OVI and driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Goddard was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 6:15 am.

Anthony Brent Branum, age 24, 2230 Reeds Run Road, Whipple, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Branum was arrested on State Route 821 by Detective Schuck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 8:10 am.

Stephanie Jean Morris, age 23, 105 Gilman Avenue Lot 5, Marietta, for failure to appear, a felony. Morris was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 9:30 pm.

Redgie Lee Cline Jr., age 18, 508 Eighth Street, Marietta, for littering, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Cline was arrested near Lane’s Farm on State Route 26 by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jun 06 at 10:47 pm.
